Anthropologie

38 Montgomery & 319 W. Congress

1/5
10,980 SF
Completed in 2013

Located in historic downtown Savannah, Anthropologie was a restoration project that exceeded 10,000 SF. The existing structure, originally built in 1870, required extensive structural rehabilitation which included reinforcement to existing columns, repairs to original antique pine floors, and foundation stabilization. Construction was completed in collaboration with Hammer Construction.

Adjacent to the historic building, a new construction project was completed concurrently with the restoration. The once vacant lot at 319 W. Congress is now an 8,700 sf building with a basement, and three floors. The space is available for habitation.
