The Olde Pink House
The Olde Pink House
The Pinyan Company is excited to announce that The Olde Pink House will be back in operation soon. After suffering fire and water damage, the renovations are underway in this historic downtown building as we are working tirelessly to get one of Savannah’s premier restaurants back on its feet.

The Pinyan Company is teaming with Greenline Architecture to add to the growing Savannah rooftop scene. While renovating and expanding the existing Sorry Charlie’s Oyster Bar, we will be adding a habitable roof deck and bar to the venue.

USO Lounge

In order to satisfy growing needs, this ongoing renovation in the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport departure lobby will provide lounge space for active duty military and veterans. The renovation includes new paint, flooring, ceiling, cabinets, and lights. The renovation also requires the redesign and modification of existing HVAC grills, plumbing, and fire sprinkler system.

The Savannah Hotel

Renovations to this historic building, located on the corner of Bay Street and Drayton Street, are in progress. These modifications, designed by Lynch Associates Architects, include updates to the exterior, and complete renovations to all six floors and the first floor of the adjacent building. Once completed this almost 45,000 SF project will service restaurant spaces on the first floor, a hotel, and a new, habitable roof deck.

SCPS Guard House

The new campus additions are in progress on Chatham Parkway. The single person guard house, security gates, and fencing installation will have minimal impact on the daily functions of Savannah Christian and will provide lasting security for students, employees, and visitors. The Pinyan Company is proud to contribute to the safety of our community and schools. The Architect for this project is Cogdell and Mendrala Architects.

The Starland Village

The Pinyan Company is excited to take part in bringing a vibrant new community to Savannah. With office spaces, art studios, retail spaces, and café/restaurant space, The Starland Village will provide only the best amenities to accompany their modern take on studio living and one and two-bedroom apartments. By converting the existing church into a state of the art event venue, The Starland Village will be able to host events for both its residents and the community. Savannah’s first automated CityLift parking structure will support a rooftop park that will provide a unique spin on the city’s blossoming rooftop culture.
