The upfit to this existing warehouse at Gulfstream Aerospace Center involved renovations to current building elements as well as the installation of brand new features. Some of which included a free standing ware house crane, all new mechanical systems, overhead doors, and an oversized dock leveler. The result, a conditioned warehouse with brand new office spaces and conference rooms that will accommodate the needs of the new tenant and client, Pratt Whitney - Canada. The engineer for this project was RWP Engineering.
